Artworks will be accepted subject to the normal selection process.
All types of artwork are encouraged but acceptance is entirely at the discretion of the Organisers and subject to the available space and the quality of the art. Please contact the Organisers if you have any questions.
The Artist may submit any number of works for consideration for acceptance into the Show, with each submission attracting a Registration/Entry fee as shown under the 'Fees and Commissions Section'. The Organisers recommend a limit of six artworks from any one artist.
Submitted work must not exceed one and a half (1.5) metres on any one side of the artwork, including framing.
Sculptures should not exceed a reasonable weight for one person to carry. If it exceeds this weight, the artist is responsible for delivery and installation under the Curator's instruction.
Hanging works must be soundly framed, dry and ready for hanging with a taut crosswire one-third from the top.
Unframed prints or photographs must have hanging tabs to allow pinning to the gallery walls.
Multi panel pieces are accepted as one work but overall must not exceed the size limits as a whole.
All works must be clearly labelled on the back with the identification label provided.
Works submitted by a Judge, guest or invited artist will not be eligible for competition. Such works will be for exhibition and sale only.
Individual artists may at the discretion of the Organisers be invited to supply more than the maximum number of works.
